Assistant Receptionist at La Crisalida Retreats

Assistant Receptionists at La Crisalida Retreats are in both a guest-facing and admin role. The assistant receptionist’s role requires knowledge and experience of customer care, complaint handling, admin processes and procedures.
La Crisalida is a Health and Wellbeing Retreat. We serve plant based food and juices to de-stress the mind and body. We provide a program for guests which includes guided walks, yoga, meditation, life-makeover workshops, creativity classes, rebounding, dance classes and more. Essential skills and knowledge required
– Fluent in English
– Communication skills
– Admin skills
– Experience in a customer facing role
Salary in the range of 16,000€ to 16,500€ per annum (depending upon experience – pro-rated down for hours below 40 hours per week for contracts between 24 – 32 hours).
This is a role includes shifts – the role will include working weekends, early mornings and late evenings. Please send your CV.
