Our spiritual travel center Travel & Healing is searching for a professional sales and reservation agent for the English-speaking market to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to plan customized journeys, assist with their booking needs and help our customers to create their perfect journey. Our mission is to provide unforgettable retreat experiences that empower people and their life journey.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge about Peru as a spiritual travel destination. To succeed in this role, you should be interested in spirituality and the Andean Cosmovision, and possess outstanding planning, booking and sales skills.
Requirements:
Professional English & Spanish skills (reading, writing & speaking)
Fluent German skills (optional)
Ability to interact, communicate and understand the needs of our international customers
Advances Microsoft Office / Google Drive skills
Experience with sales and reservations in tourism in Peru (minimum 2 years)

Your tasks:
Manage several online travel platforms
Consultation and communication with customers in English
Determine customer´s needs and preferences, such as schedule and costs
Work with clients to determine their traveling needs (writing messages, having video and phone calls, etc.).
Reservation of services with our local suppliers
Coordination and management of online bookings
