We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Expert to develop and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will create, develop, implement and optimize our digital social media strategy and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

We are open to welcome individuals with the right dose of motivation and excellent knowledge of the latest social media channels without prior professional experience. You will work with a small team, therefore, this role suits those who are able to work independently and have enough resources to lead marketing campaigns in autonomy.

About us: Travel & Healing offers holistic retreats in Peru and other spiritual parts of the world with an intention to heal and connect. We believe in empowering people with life-changing experiences and helping them to discover their life purpose. The company has been founded in 2012 by Angel Herrera from Andean Shaman family who is also a co-Founder of Etnikas Retreat Center, supporting a social project ‘Human Actions’ in Cusco, Peru.

Your responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, manage our social media strategy and build our online brand
-Increasing visibility on google, TripAdvisor, Facebook and Instagram
-Creating and managing content and newsletters
-Staying up to date with the best and latest social media strategies
-Helping to design flyers and other additional material
-Uploading videos to youtube and other social media
-Being the first person of contact for our customers
-Helping to close deals and with logistic of retreats and volunteering
-Assisting to organize retreats
-Keeping the SEO and Analytics update
-Directing and supporting the other areas with the marketing goals
-Creating Marketing and Business plan

Your qualities & skills:
-You love spirituality and want to grow more into this world
-Open to experience shamanic healing ceremonies
-You are independent and can work in a complete autonomy
-Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices
-Understanding of SEO and ability to create an attractive online content
-Good knowledge of photography and video editing
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish
-A big plus if you have a similar previous experience
