Today I’m talking with Marta about yoga as medicine, yin yoga and moving beyond the body, how she left her busy job in London and went to India for a YTT, stayed there many years, and now is teaching in an Ayahuasca Temple in the Peruvian jungle.
This podcast is made for you to learn something new, feel inspired and also connect with yoga communities further than just your hometown. So please feel free to share with us in the comments below your takeaways and also if you know someone who inspires you and you would like to hear them in a future episode – please send me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Marta from Marta Wanderlust is such an inspiring teacher – we met last year through Instagram and then for coffee in Berlin. This year the universe brought us back together and we just met for my birthday breakfast – again in Berlin. When you meet Marta, you feel her inner power radiating out of her whole being – she is walking her path – for me she’s very dedicated to her healing path of yoga – not only when it comes to teaching but also living yoga, practicing and moving out of her comfort zone, flowing with life, her intuition ant the universe wherever it brings her. If you feel called to experience healing, she’s holding two retreats this September – one in Peru and the other in Italy. One is especially for teachers and everyone who’s already on the spiritual path of its heart. Also, she will be back teaching yoga at the Temple of the Way of Light in the Peruvian Jungle.
For more inspiration, you can listen to the first and second podcast about creating your yoga business and living yoga.
Next Thursday I’ll talk with myself 🙂 it will be all about how to find teaching opportunities, creating your own workshops and niche as a new teacher. If you’re curious to already see my work, you can dive into magicallifeofaleks.com
And now tune in via SoundCloud (you can download it and listen offline) and listen to Martas wisdom on yoga as medicine and trusting your intuition. In future, we’ll be also happy to offer our podcast on iTunes, and GooglePlay – if there is any other place you’d like to listen to us, just let us know (email@example.com).
