Podcast Episode #5: The real honest Talk with Nora from @yoga_nora

I’m so excited about my today’s guest – Nora – and almost couldn’t wait anymore to show you the podcast and talk with her. So inspiring, uplifting and authentic. All about her journey from working in the office to getting pushed by the universe to go for India, do her Yoga Teacher Training and teach her first (horrible:D) class… and much, much more!

This podcast is made for you to learn something new, feel inspired and also connect with yoga communities further than just your hometown.
So please feel free to share with us in the comments below your takeaways and also if you know someone who inspires you and you would like to hear them in a future episode – please send me an e-mail to aleks@yogatraveljobs.com.

Nora not only teaches SUP & Vinyasa classes but also spreads positivity and plant-based food inspiration on Social-Media – she creates beautiful workshops at Hiltl (the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world!) where you can also learn how to prepare healthy food for yourself. With her husband Simon she invented “athleticflow” and you’ll meet her this summer on the lake of Zurich and the Wanderlust Festival. You can find all upcoming workshops, classes, and food inspiration either on Instagram or Facebook.

Next Thursday I’ll talk with amazing Anaya Maria she’s an amazing nomadic goddess and medium – she’s channeling her powerful Healing Vibes Meditation and helping women all around the world to heal their past wounds and learn to love themselves again.

And now tune in via SoundCloud (you can download it and listen offline) and listen to the uplifting talk with Nora and get inspired on how to live life fuller and happier. In future, we’ll be also happy to offer our podcast on iTunes, and GooglePlay – if there is any other place you’d like to listen to us, just let us know (aleks@yogatraveljobs.com).

PS.  If you missed our last four podcasts, please tune in here and get inspired!

Hi! I’m called Aleks. 2013 I fell in a deep sadness, questioning my whole life and sense of it. I didn’t only discover meditation but also my scariest fears in a very painful relationship. After an offline trip in Brazil and shaking on the train station in Zurich - where everyone seemed stressed out - I felt completely out of place and knew: My inner flow isn't that fast and I can't push myself anymore. Freedom, depth & authenticity is what my soul needed – so I quit my job as Community Manager for Yelp Zurich in 2015, sold all my pretty clothes, went to the city office and just signed out off. It all started by craving a big change, reconnecting back to my intuition and radically honest answering the questions: What do you really want? How do you feel? What can you do to make these changes happen? Today I’m traveling with my love Adam and I keep exploring my inner depths. Love, Aleks
