My today’s guest is Jyoti with which I had so many magical yoga classes on Bali at The Practice last spring! We’re speaking about cultivating tapas, how she’s practicing her sadhana, how we can bring back mantras & yoga philosophy in our classes, feminine energy and much more! I’m super excited to share this with you – in the hope that you feel inspired and can learn something new – for your self-practice but also teachings.
This podcast is made for you to learn something new, feel inspired and also connect with yoga communities further than just your hometown. So please feel free to share with us in the comments below your takeaways and also if you know someone who inspires you and you would like to hear them in a future episode – please send me an e-mail to email@example.com.
Jyoti is such a mindful teacher – I find her such a great inspiration because she keeps learning and is curious about different kind of philosophies which she brings back in a simple, modern and for me also feminine way into her classes. With her I experienced movements from the Qigong, singing mantras in Shavasana and beautiful tantric pranayamas. If you want to experience her as a teacher and get completely touched and inspired, I recommend you to take her classes (Yin and Hatha) at The Practice in Canggu or dive deeper inside of yourself at her retreat this autumn on Bali. And now head over to her Instagram for more beautiful inspiration – I love her powerful pictures and that actually only little of them contain asanas.
Next Thursday I’ll talk with The Yoga Nomads – it will be all about the business and marketing of yoga! So excited for this one! If you have any special question/struggle related to that, please send us your questions until tomorrow and we’ll answer them in the next podcast.
And now tune in via SoundCloud (you can download it and listen offline) and listen to the uplifting talk with Nora and get inspired on how to live life fuller and happier. In future, we’ll be also happy to offer our podcast on iTunes, and GooglePlay. Let us know in the comments below what your takeaways and feel free to send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if there is someone who inspires you.
PS. If you missed our last four podcasts, please tune in here and get inspired!
