Today I have the pleasure to share the wonderful real honest talk with mindfulness teacher & life coach Ashley Paquin! We’re talking about intuition as highest wisdom, how to gain clarity, walk the path of your heart with trust – no matter how much fear arises – and expand your comfort-zone, as a teacher and human being on this crazy planet.
This podcast is made for you to learn something new, feel inspired and also connect with yoga communities further than just your hometown. So please feel free to share with us in the comments below your takeaways and also if you know someone who inspires you and you would like to hear them in a future episode – please send me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a coach and mindfulness teacher, Ashley Paquin is committed to maximum positive impact. She works with private clients all over the world in addition to non-profits and companies like Nike. She lives in Portland, Oregon and spends an absurd amount of time paddling and exploring.
She’s a trained life coach, health coach, NLP practitioner and graduate of Search Inside Yourself which is the mindfulness and leadership training at Google. She’s very committed to her own mindfulness practice and has completed nine 5-day meditation retreats.
This September she’s hosting an amazing retreat in Portugal where women will gather together for intuitive coaching, mindfulness practices, meditation, and adventure. There are only 2 spots left – if you feel called to become the clear, confident and courageous woman you’re searching: join this adventure, the time is NOW.
Next Thursday I’ll talk with The Yoga Nomads – it will be all about growing your sustainable yoga business, organizing yourself and marketing as a yoga teacher. So excited for this one!
