I’ve been heavily active in the fitness industry for the last 4 years. Prior to this, I was a nurse specializing in women’s health care. My philosophy as a trainer & yoga teacher is to create stillness for the mind through movement. This approach teaches individuals how to move their body, let go of doubts, and build confidence through strength building for the mind and body.
I’ve been hosting and making appearances in fitness centered pop up events for the last two years. I have experience with all fitness levels and capabilities. My deepest passion is connecting individuals with myself and other like-minded individuals through fitness. Throughout the summer I have group workouts and yoga classes in local parks to encourage people to get outside and teach them how to use what they have around them to be active and healthy.
