My name is America Sorola, i am from the North part of Mexico, i have been studying Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga for 4 years and i also consider myself as a writer, and in about 2 weeks i am going to study the Traditional Mysore method Ashtanga Yoga at the KPJAYI institute in Mysore, India under the guidance of Saraswati, daughter of Patthabi Jois. I have been able to attend some Ashtanga workshops with 3 of the most renowned Ashtanguis in the world, such as: Baptiste Marceau, one of the pioneers of Ashtanga in America. Kino Mcgregor and Daylene Christensen. I am, myself consider a responsible person, hard working and insisting to get where i want to be in the yoga spiritual world.
