I have been taking Online Yoga from more than six months. In my Online Yoga sessions, I teach individuals, couples, family and remote groups. I start my sessions with light warm up and streching exercises which are followed by pranyama and meditation.
I conduct personal as well as group yoga classes. I also teach Therapeutic Yoga (diabetes, PCOD, obesity, hypertension, chair yoga .etc) I teach basic and intermediate postures depending upon the student. I love adding variations to postures. I emphasis on holding of asana for longer duration and being aware of our breath. I teach Yoga Flows too, including suryanamaskar with variations. I believe core exercises are essential to do yoga asana too. I include core exercises in my class. Certain cardio exercises, I use as warm ups.
The asana I teach – Forward bends, backward bends, twists, core workout, lateral stretch, hip openers, arms strength etc. I prefer teaching various drills and stretches (as preparation)before doing the actual yoga asana.
