Originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I embarked on a nomadic life late 2013 in pursuit of experiencing more of this wonderful world and growing with-in from all the lessons and gifts that have been blessed on my journey. After having worked in the tourism and hospitality industry in South Africa, I joined super yachts and set for the seas. My true passion lies in the joy I experience sharing my yoga knowledge and inspiring others to improve wellness and a healthy mindful lifestyle. I am a professional and dedicated person. I adapt easily to different situations and work well under pressure and with people of all cultures and backgrounds.
