Leader in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years, multiple business owner, and mother of 3. My passion is total well-being, as reflected by my lifelong commitment to all- encompassing health, whether as instructor, trainer, or program director. The breadth of my work continues to evolve and grow, and includes a multitude of activities that range from traditional physical education to dance, yoga, and combined fitness and eco tours. My mission is to continue to learn and share the benefits of holistic fitness while being an active member of my community. I Love exploring new places and cultures and introducing people to my love of nature, yoga and total well being.
