Hi
My namne is Cecilia i am 20 years old and is currently living in Finland (but my main language is swedish).
I will right away try to get you to understand me and my interests so you can see if iam – good fit for the spot.
I am now in january 2018 doing my first yoga teacher training (hatha yoga in india). I have been practicing the physical part of yoga regulary for one year but the life style and phyliosophies of yoga i started working with 3 years ago when i started experiencing very deep anxiety. Even though i at the time did not know that this would be the begining of my yoga practice it kind of was.
I see us as tree-dimensional beings, body-mind-spirit as you also can call it. There for my interests have grown in all directions. Before my yoga journy i was a gymnast and was working only with my physical body, but as i grew i started to understand that everything we do-think-feel is what we are, what we become.
Some of the things i would love writing about that are very close to my heart is for example crystals, meditation, emotional work, growing your own food, herbs, reiki, detoxing, healing foods, chakras, relationships and so on….
My plan now is to do my yoga techer training in january, then probobly travel in asia for a while (a month or two), maybe longer if i find a job as a yoga techer. Then at some point come home to Finland, but not to my hometown were i live now, i will then move to a collective in the southern parts of Finland and live with my gurus. They are trying to live a sustainable and yogic lifestyle. Living with alot of people, trying to get along and helping each other on our spiritual journy. All of this may be very interesting to read about for another whom never lived like that.
There could me so much more to tell you but i feel that it’s time for you now to decide if you want to know more about me or move on.
I can also tell you that i have grown up seeing two very opposite lifestyles; my dad whom is the absolute traditional finn and my mom as super spiritual. So i have lived both lifes, wich means i speak both languages (methaforically).
To be honest my vocabulary and spelling in english is only good, but i wouldn’t mind taking writing classes to become even better.
