Coming from a triathlete background, my yoga practice is dynamic & innovative for the time of year, time of day & experience of clients. Ashtanga-Vinyasa are my signature styles however I have been working on Yoga Dance & tribal formations too. Aqua Yoga also is very appealing to me as a fully qualified swimming instructor too, given a beautiful climate & a paddle board/pontoon there is nothing to stop my practice hitting the water.
Mindfullness incorporates my healing hands focusing on hands, feet & chakras over the vertebrae. To summarize, my styles, disciplines & practices are very understandable & versatile for everybody & not too intimidating or complicated.
