Christina started doing yoga after being gymnast for over a decade. She received her 200 hour teacher training from the Hot Asana Yoga University with Virginia Gallagher (owner) and Lisa Tiffany (teacher director). She has studied inversions and arm-balances under Dice Iida-Klein, backbends with Kelly Green and Paige Held, as well as going on meditation and mindfulness retreats with Rolf Gates.
