Description

I chose the beautiful island of Koh Chang in Thailand to immerse myself in my Yoga Teacher Training Program. I currently live in Manchester with my boyfriend, where my focus is teaching yoga classes within my local community. I teach classes (of up to 14) and also have private one-to-one clients. My boyfriend and I love travelling and my dream is to teach yoga around the world whilst experiencing other cultures together. I believe in living a healthy balanced lifestyle; I attend a weekly hot yoga class, practise meditation, follow a vegan diet and love being outside within nature as much as possible.
