I used to think depression and anxiety was a part of life. Then I found yoga. From that day forward I vowed to share this practice with anyone else who, like me, was seeking contentment. After teaching in studios and retreats in Brisbane and the Whitsundays, Australia, I decided to create a space for a travelling community that so desperately needed the peace and inner stability I had been searching for. Yoga On The Road was born and still serves as a studio and hub for nomadic yogis on the East Coast. Now I have hit the road myself and am hoping to get involved in a yoga community in another corner of this beautiful world.
