Passionate about Yoga

Evalee started practicing yoga at 18 and fell madly in love. Yoga has helped her learn to be more present in her daily life and to live life more consciously and graciously. In the last 18 years she has practiced many forms of yoga from Iyengar to Kundalini, but her main passion is Vinyasa flow and Hatha blend. She has been teaching both these forms of yoga for the last 12 years, and loves being able to share her passion with others. She is excited about helping people to create more balance in their lives as well as raising spiritual consciousness while helping her students get in shape and become healthier both in mind and body. She is very good at breaking down poses and fine tuning alignment while still finding a flow. She teaches all levels.
