Experienced Yoga teacher, Whole-Food Chef, Catering Manager, Organic Permaculture Farmer and Zoologist with multi-lingual abilities (Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese).
This multi-disciplinary professional background has enabled me to develop expert knowledge in a wide range of natural healing methods based on healthy lifestyle practices.
I teach Mindfulness Yoga and I am currently training on becoming a TRE Provider – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. Over the past few years I have gained invaluable retreat facilitator experience at both UK and international retreat centres.
I worked as a wholefood chef at Yeotown Health Retreat in Snapper, Devon. In this key role, I prepared a variety of vegan and gluten-free meals for retreat guests and staff. This post required me to be motivated, organised, flexible, reliable and a committed team-player whilst delivering a high standard of professional wholefood cooking and catering management.
This deep interest in supporting holistic lifestyle practices developed after my involvement in a career based on the conservation and protection of wildlife and domesticated animals. To follow my interests and further my knowledge, I have also undertaken comprehensive training in permaculture – learning to grow, prepare and cook a variety of healthy food – literally from the soil to the plate. With the daily practice of living in a sustainable way in line with the nature around us.
I am keen to share my skills and progress the “many sides of me” further. From my passion for embodiment practices to nourishing food; connection to nature and sustainable living. I am hoping to find a position within an organisation whose ethos and vision resonate with how I like to live.
