Description
Born on May 8, 1968 in Italy, I started practicing and studying Yoga science in 2010.
I participated to various classes and workshops in Europe and USA, until in 2016 I decided to consolidate my knowledge having a Registered Yoga School (RYS) 200 hours degree internationally recognized.
Then I participated as instructor in various yoga retreats and in 2017, I was teaching Yoga students achieving their RYS 200 hours’ degree.
I mainly teach traditional Hatha Yoga, being able to adjust my classes to meet different students’ skills, inabilities and needs in the same class.
I can also add dynamic flows sequences like to achieve a Vinyasa style. I also like to use Mantra chanting depending on type of class.
I can also propose specific themes’ classes or workshops: pranayama exercises and bandhas, guided meditation and concentration, Chakra based Asana sequences, Yoga Nidra, shatkarmas purification and detoxification classes, anatomy and philosophy classes and discussions.
I teach in English, French or Italian languages.
