I am an international Yoga teacher since 2008 for Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Flow, Transformational Yoga, Prana Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation Formation in New Dehli, Yoga Alliance India with transformational Yoga (Sri Aurobindo) and Yogateacher BDY/EYU according to the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, Yoga Mandiram Munich. working self-employed for 10 years mostly in Germany, but also other places in Europe with Raja-Yoga, meditation, stay in buddhist monastries (Vipassana Theravada, Ajahn Cha), Karuna, transzendental meditation, Quantum Light Breath, Stressreduction by awareness (MBSR).
