I was born and raised in England, travelled around the world and found home to be Australia. I spent the last 8 years studying and practicing yoga, both on and off the mat in many countries across the world. Qualifying in Holistic Yoga and finding my groove teaching traditional hatha and a less traditional slow flow for the ultimate relaxation. I am driven by the desire to support connection – to self and others. I also facilitate women circles and crafting workshops with this intention in mind.

With 10 years of business consulting and coaching behind me, I dedicated the last 18 months to learning many modalities in the health and wellbeing industry including aromatherapy, energy healing – reiki, food as medicine and of course deepening my knowledge of yoga.

I am now back on the road following my heart to experience and explore more of the world and continue sharing my love for all things yoga.

200hr YTT Holistic Yoga – Sacred Heart Greg Kaps
12hr Adjusting and Assisting Yoga Asana – Norman Blair, Melanie Cooper
Usui Reiki Level 1 – Sigrid Boyle
CPR/AED and First Aid certified
