Description
A lover of nature and being outdoors. I have spent the better part of 15 years assisting others in creating memorable experiences. I ultimately believe that that is what life is about: a collection of experiences. These experiences nurture us through stimulating our bodies, mind and spirit.
I currently live in Seelbach, Germany, a small village located in the beautiful Black Forest. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, USA and can tell you, I honestly never anticipated being at this point in my life….but again that is what life is about: the experience. I couldn’t happier with my journey thus far!
In my yoga classes I move people with skillful action, an open heart, and a healthy dose of gratitude. My accessible, grounded classes integrate elements of power yoga, anatomical precision and mindfulness teachings. I marry yoga with primary health care and mental awareness.
