I have been practicing Yoga for around 2 years and when I decided to acquire a 200 YTT certification, I immersed myself in the Yoga philosophy even more. I strive to deepen my practice through constant mindfulness and uplifting awareness to yogis or anyone willing. Given my background in Crossfit & Wushu, I value the integration of strength, stability and flexibility for my Yoga sequences.
