As a journalism graduate with experience in online and print media, I am excited by the opportunity to use my skills to communicate the benefits and possibilities of yoga, with such a wonderful organisation. The timing of this opportunity comes alongside my preparation for my YTT in Rishikesh this coming October.

An Irish native, I was lucky to be raised with curiosity. This has led me to travelling Europe as a martial artist, spending a solo summer in California and, driven by recession, moving my life to Toronto. The excitement I feel about combining my love of travel, learning and yoga in my upcoming trip to Asia in indescribable.

Having taken some time off from writing, I find myself drawn back to my love of its power to bring together and banish fear of the unknown.
