Description
I have been substituting and teaching small groups yoga for 4 and a half years, I know Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, in addition to restorative and many other styles. Trained in vippassana meditation, as well as mayahana buddhism in India through college courses. Familiar with some sanskrit and am still learning more and more everyday. I am a regular boulder-er and rock climber. I have climbed outdoors and indoors in places like Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in Arkansas and Smith Rock in Bend, Oregon. I have also climbed boulders in Hueco Tanks in El Paso, Texas. I have also taught yoga in the freezing cold weather of the Himalayas and Arkansas mountains.
