I am a yoga instructor from South Africa traveling as a British national (passport) and currently living/traveling through Europe. In the new year i will be looking fora new home hopefully somewhere in the tropics.

I have practiced and studied yoga for the past 8 years and recently completed my 200 hours YTT at the Green Yoga International School in Mallorca, Spain. A traditionally run teaching school( whose roots lie originally in Goa), I was taught the arts of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. The teachings also offered other yogic paths such as yogic philosophic teachings, Yoga Nidra, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga and meditational practices such as the Trataka light meditation.(a Favourite of mine)

I specialise in private classes and group classes giving each student individual attention, offering my students the space to explore and connect with their own bodies. My teaching encourages students to find the place within themselves that encourages strength, release and empowerment.

My drive to deepen my knowledge allows for growth in not only my own practice but my students as well. I have a positive energy to which I meet any challenge or opportunity and a thirst for exploring the three bodies: mind, body and spirit and sharing the magic and power of this practice.

I am a world traveler and I’m sensitive to the different needs of students as well as the cultures that I am teaching within. I also have experience in management, hospitality, marketing and as a trained designer and illustrator with photography skills and an understanding of the computing software that runs hand in hand with these elements, I feel I’d be a great asset to your team, there to teach and learn in exchange for gaining a more In-depth understanding of the classical teachings of yoga tantra, kundalini and the humble yogini lifestyle.
