Description

I practise yoga for about 14 years. I have tried various types: Astanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga. Within the years I focus more on Hatha yoga. Until now I have not completed any teaching course but it´s on my to do list. For now I´d love to travel and be part of this beautiful spirit, meditate, practise yoga and help yoga centres in any way.
I have studied linguistics at University and I am fluent in English, Italian, French.
I love gardening, maintaing the house nice and clean, I love to decorate and invent new things.
I am good with pc and social networks.
I am a communicater and I like to organize all sort of events.
