I have recently completed my 200H YTT at Gyan Yog Breath in Rishikesh, India and am excited to continue to share the gift of yoga with the world.
I am passionate about international and intercultural exchange and love that yoga is a medium to connect with the other. Through creating a safe space I wish to help people heal and move forward in their life journey. I like to incorporate different modes of art and movement therapy in my classes. I have experience teaching kids yoga, giving private yoga therapy sessions and teaching large, medium and small classes to beginners and advanced students.
