My Name is Lisa and I am 29 Years old. I live in the moutains in Autria.

I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and in 2018 I did my 200h Hatha Vinyasa in Portugal organizing 5 Elements of Yoga and Movement.
Since then I have been teaching a beginner and a Power Vinyasa group part-time twice a week
I am a full-time nurse. (will quit in May)But my passion is yoga.
I love doing something good for people and nature.
I am very close to nature and love being outside. I love animals and plants and try to make my lifestyle sustainable and vegan. I love cooking and makeing bodycosmetics.
Another passion is traveling in my campervan with my boyfriend and my dog.
I am an open minded person. And my dream is to live from what makes me happy
