Description

I am a 27 years old yoga teacher from Switzerland who loves to travel and get to know people from all over the world. I love to inspire and be inspired. My goal is to encourage people to be themselves and to find and follow their passion.
I teach intuitively, depending on the mood and needs of my students so my classes vary between being physically challenging or more gentle. I encourage my students to listen to their body and to find their own flow, only assist them if necessary. I also like to bring in some yoga philosophy and try to live and represent a yogic lifestyle.
