Myself Mano George Mathew born 16.05.1995,i come from southern region(kerala) Bharat also known as India in the morden time.I successfully completed my practice and training from Mysore School of Ashtanga yoga shala under the guidance of my Guruji Dr .Ramesh shetty. And worked with trisula yoga india for a few months and took private lessons in berlin ?. I have a strong passion to speak the knowledge of Yoga and its wellness to each individual and help them to understand the importance of practice in day to day life.
