Helped establish a free primary care clinic in Rockaway, NY for those affected by Hurricane Sandy. Performed outreach for patients by reaching out to local, specialized medical facilities for referrals of clinicians who would provide free or reduced fees for low-income, uninsured adults. Designed maps and excel documents, consulted with patients, and worked on fundraising campaigns.
