I am a 200 registered yoga teacher, my lineage is Sri Vidya Tantra Hatha Yoga, with Vira Bhava Yoga. Kelly Golden also is my yoga mentor. I have been teaching yoga for a little over 4 years. I currently teach in a private studio and also Children’s yoga at a Waldorf Forest School. I love Bhakti yoga,as my life is very devotional. I have organized and facilitated several successful meditations and workshops that utilize chanting and incorporate Yogic philosophy. When I am off the mat, I can be found reading several different types of yoga books from Anatomy to the Esoteric. I have worked in Several retreats where the clientele were extremely high end. I love to travel and my passport is current with a few more years or mileage before renewal. I am single and without children so I would be able to travel as long as needed. Before I came to yoga, I have spent well over 15 years in the Hospitality industry, as a server, bartender, Chef, and Event Coordinator/ Planner. Some of my other skills include being very adept with Social Media and have helped several businesses increase their web presence and visibility via these platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
