Description
I am an experienced yoga teacher, graduate of Anusarara Yoga 300 hr-a system of
Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on body alignment. I have studied next to teachers in
Greece, India and Thailand, while during her Thai massage training, she embodied the
therapeutic power of touch. I have led numerous yoga retreats over the past years. In
my workshops and retreats, I combine yoga asanas, breath-work, sound therapy with
singing bowls and shamanic journeys. Through the deep relaxation offered by Yoga
Nidra I create a fertile ground for revealing and releasing deeply held tensions.
