Swiss originally and have been living in the UK for the past 4 years. My background is hospitality consulting and restaurant management. I am passionate about food and developing approaches to sustainable living, in any possible way, and especially movement-related. On the side I have been working at yoga and therapy studios and completing my 200-h yoga teacher training at Yogacampus. I have been teaching weekly flow classes over the past year, and have set up a 10 week beginners course and short retreats, combining yoga with other outdoor activities. My classes are asana-based and include pranayama, meditation and philosophy. My focus is to share and be inclusive, listen and be a facilitator holding a space for anyone joining the practice.
As I find myself at a crossroads in London, looking at multiple further costly yoga trainings, I am drawn to the path of learning through exploring and sharing yoga in social projects around the world, where yoga has a different value of the one in a city studio.
If my profile sounds of interest, please get in touch! I look forward to hearing from you.
