I am a passionate certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, leading classes with a touch of meditation. I provide extensive instruction while motivating my students to find their healthiest self and inner peace.
I’ve deepened the philosophical system of yoga, started approaching that discipline back in 1997, and studied anatomy and sports nutrition.
I can lead classes in Italian, my mother tongue, in English and Spanish, languages I am fluent in.
I have been teaching both in the gym with groups and in private lessons as a personal trainer, and I offer classes as a volunteer also for a charity organization.
I would love to teach and could also assist in events or activities that may take place in the sports/wellness fields.
I have 20 years of experience in event management, I am an organized and patient person, cheerful, used to communication, relationship management, and problem-solving.
I am seeking international wellness projects and I would move and relocate, even if just for the spring/summertime!
