I am a creative, inventive and hardworking individual with an honest and friendly personality. I have over 12 years’ experience working as a chef globally in different styles of restaurants, cafes, private catering, special events and yoga and wellness retreats. I have a great passion for Nutrition and my practise uses wholefoods and source ingredients which highlights my creativity and flair to work with natural flavours, colours and textures. I practise professionally as a Nutritional Therapist and host workshops and cooking classes. I have spent some time India where I have trained in Ayurvedic Nutritional Therapy.
Knowledge of Macrobiotic and Ayurvedic cooking.
