Description
I started out as a Argentine Tango Teacher in 2002 until 2010 and after I discovered Hatha Yoga and followed a training. The love for the body started there and I got my Level II Peak Pilates Instructor Certification in 2017 with a good eye for reading the body. I guide beginners, intermediates and experienced pilates students on the mat and apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Chair & Barrel) with a solid knowledge of technique and anatomy. After that I added Aerial Yoga, Drysurf and Barre Workout to my skills.
