Hello, I am Stefanie, 37 years old and a true lover of humans.
I was born in Germany but I have been living in Spain for 10 years which is why people call me “Alemañola”. I have a great joz for life and love our beautiful planet – which is basicallz what I want to transmit to others! I love to teach and am certified in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Reiki And Neurolinguistic Programming, soon also in the 5 Taoist Elements in each person. On the way to offer my own holistic coaching to people working body, mind and emotions, I am eager to contribute my knowledge in places close to nature.
After having traveled big parts of Asia with time, I also enjoy guiding meditations and generate awareness in general!
I am trilingual in German, English and Spanish and also speak some french.
