Charity Yoga class for animal schelter in Tuscany.
Assisting in 3 differents TTC Yoga Sivananda, giving Yoga Anatomy classes, teaching the retreat guests and drop in. Giving restorative Yoga lessons in the evening. Introduction to meditation to retreat guests.
