Description
Yoga, to me, is a stepping stone to get you from where I am today to that next stone. It is a vehicle, and you get to choose the speed and the journey. Yoga can be as intense (mentally / physically) as one is ready, depending on the day, what you are going through, what challenges life has put in front of you.
For the longest time, I couldn’t teach yoga because I was ‘not worthy’ of yoga. Still am not, ha! And so, for me, the yoga class is not one of teacher and student, because we are all students. So, please let me learn with you and explore and jump to that next river rock!
Previously, I was a management consultant for 8 years helping businesses become more efficient. You can’t take the stripes off a tiger, so that intensity is still in me, though tamed a bit =) Now, I put that energy into exploring the INPUTS into our bodies and minds and how using these inputs we can become a better version of ourselves. Inputs, as per my definition, are anything that we can add / remove in our daily lives that impacts how we think / feel / act.
Look forward to connecting, learning and exploring this beautiful world with you!
Cheers!
