Hi! My name’s Anna, I’m 24. I’m lookong for volunteer projects/paid job somewhere I could relocate from Russia. I’ve got B2 English level (passed ESOL) and I’m a certified stretching instructor (at least in my country).
My yoga practice started in 2017, first there were asanas, then understanding of external and internal disciplines came. In my practice history i have faced with traumas of back, so now I’m a сautious yogi and I see my mission as coaching others with special care to prevent people from my mistakes. So now I know how to stretch without pain (due to Aplomb training system) and how to increase power by feeling… relaxed!
