Five years experience practicing yoga and 1 year teaching. 500 hour certified yoga teacher. My styles include Hatha, Vinyasa/Alignment Flow, Ashtanga, Yin. Yoga is a way of life for me and I am committed to helping people who are wanting to make it apart of theirs too. I love sharing my knowledge of yogic philosophy and taking my students through a mindful class connecting mind, body, breath and soul bringing a deeper awareness of who they are. Helping them achieve a more balanced life, not just on the mat but off the mat too. I want my students to feel at peace and harmony in every situation no matter what life throws at them.
