In addition to my work as a teacher and practitioner, I also serve as the meditation editor for BellaOnline, a popular online magazine, where I share insights and knowledge with a wider audience. Through my writing, I have been able to reach countless individuals and provide them with the tools and resources they needed to cultivate a more mindful and fulfilling life.
