I am a qualified Nutritionist, personal trainer, and massage therapist on a spirtitual journey, with diverse experience in nutrition and health and wellbeing programmes with vast experience taking part and volunteering on yoga, meditation, and healing retreats where I offered my expertise on them as well as preparing and cooking all the meals for retreat attendants.
I am able to work well in a collaborative and holistic environment that is client-centric, promoting health and wellbeing strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills support both 1:2:1 and group work, I have solo travelled the world therefore I am to connect to people of all ages and backgrounds and able to build strong relationships easily. Highly organised and reflective, able to provide personalised nutrition programmes based on health, fitness, and wellbeing client needs.
