I am Polish lady who loves to travel, meet people and explore the beauty, diversity and similarities of the world. Currently I live in Basel, Switzerland.
I am a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
My Mission: Helping people to live healthier and happier.
My first encounter with yoga and meditation began over 10 years ago in India, where I was introduced to the practice of the Hatha Yoga Sivananda school, as well as various meditation and breathing techniques. Over the years I have deepened my daily yoga and meditation practice.
Since I was introduced to Yin Yoga, it has become my big passion and daily practice and motivated me to become a Yin yoga teacher.
In search of improving my wellbeing, with a big interest to expand my understanding of mindfulness related practices and experiencing the great benefits of it, I undertook a teacher training and became a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher.
Building on my own daily practice and facilitation skills, I am excited to share my passion in yoga and mindfulness and I am confident that I can help to improve peoples’ wellbeing and happiness. I am grateful for the possibility of accompanying other people in their journey to finding their balance, grow more self-content, and in tune with own body.

I also have a broad experience and understanding of the “corporate world” having lived through a high pressure regional and global leadership role in a multinational company, within HR and Internal Communication. I am passionate to teach mindfulness to busy people, who would like to improve their fulfilment, enjoyment and to be more successful at work.
