Cooking is my first language, id say. Coming form a long lienage of chefs ive plant based since 2006 and i managed to grow my tatse and creations ranging from the Traditions rooted in my Medietrranean home countries, Italy and Greece, to the exotic palate of Asian cuisine and ingredients…i love mixing the two but basing most of my creations i ln local ,available produce. Overlal my cooking can be hearty and comforting, but also bold and explosive with flavor…hukbly, idare you to try. Its my art , its what i love to do, its how i my heart expressess her love and gratitude. Thank you for the opportunity to give.
