I’m Federica a dedicated yoga instructor, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you. Yoga is not just a practice for me; it’s a way of life, a path to inner peace, and a means to attain physical and mental harmony.
I embarked on my yoga journey over 5 years ago with Hot Yoga in Australia, seeking solace and balance in a chaotic world. What I discovered was a profound transformation in my body, mind, and especially in my spirit. I’ve trained under some of the most respected yogis and gurus in Rishikesh, India, and I continue to deepen my practice, exploring different yoga styles, meditation techniques, and holistic wellness approaches.
My teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or physical abilities. I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space for my students, where they can explore their practice at their own pace. I’m here to guide and support you on your yoga journey, helping you connect with your inner self, be conscious and achieve a state of balance and well-being.
I offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga.I lead Pranayama, Meditation and Sound healing bowls sessions. Whether you’re looking for a dynamic flow to build strength and flexibility or a soothing practice to relax and rejuvenate, I have something for you.
My mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives through the practice of yoga. I’m passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga, and I’m committed to helping you achieve your wellness and lifestyle goals.
