I studied in India, the home of yoga, and hold a 200 RYT Ashtanga and Vinyasa qualification. I also completed the Special Yoga Foundation in London, under the amazing guidance of Jo Manuel- who was one the first founders of yoga for children in the UK.
I have been teaching yoga to adults and children and recently I also completed a baby yoga course, which enables me to teach everyone from 6 weeks old to 60+ years old.

I am currently the Executive Assistant Office Manager at Chilton Croft Nursing Home

This role requires I Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical tasks.

I am also a Group Administrator and Coordinator for the Sudbury, Suffolk Yoga Community Group and an Event coordinator for Indigo 68 Communications and Marketing
I am a Fitness instructor at Zest Health and Fitness (Vinyassa Yoga)

I am active with local primary schools, nurseries, gyms, studios, organizations, and businesses centered around wellness, and health, with a focus in yoga and mindfulness.

I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner, I hold a level 3, master level.

I am affiliated with Indigo 68, a Movement and no profit entity focused around uniting communities under wellness and well-being using Social media and Festivals to interconnect industries within communities.

I was born in Romania so I am a native speaker of Romanian and also speak Spanish and French. I have been living in England for ten years and I also hold a Bachlors of Arts in English so my level of English is also proficient.
